  • regular sleep

will keep the cycle of antibodies and help you giving energy back and you will feel refreshed by all.
  •  sports

exercise is very important for your muscles, if you feel stiff then immediately exercise with light warm and stretch the moment it makes you feel pretty healthy
  •  consumption of vegetables

you all already know the benefits of vegetables, consume immediately because the benefits are so many that help to keep it healthy
  • do not drink alcohol

alcohol is very dangerous if taken in excessive even cause death, and instead will be a remedy if with a certain dose and dose reasonable, for me it's better not to consume alcohol at all
  •  do not smoke

smoking can be bad for your lungs and throat as well as the heart, if you are a smoker then keep away from children and away from pregnant women, cigarette smoke would be the greatest health impact of smoke small, smoke or not it's up to you, I do not forbid you to smoke
