illustration
There are many things that differentiate women and men. Starting from the physical form, character, attitude, and a wide range of capabilities and other needs, including the need for sleep. If you think sleep each person needs the same, you're wrong.

Although it is on average, each person takes as much as 7-8 hours of sleep per night, but it turned out to women and men have different sleep needs. According to Professor John Horne, women need 20 minutes of extra time to sleep than men because women need more time to recover from fatigue the move all day.

In a study conducted Duke Medical Center, 210 male and middle-aged women investigated their sleep habits based on a questionnaire that measures how good the quality of sleep they had blood samples taken along as a supporter.

Once analyzed, it is known that women who have poor sleep quality did not have enough time to recover the function of brain cells. As a result, their brains are still in a state of fatigue, and they are more prone to feel offended, angry, depressed and cynical. In other words, women are more prone to psychological stress.

Even for men who have a tough job and a lot of activity did not need much sleep as much as needed women. But Professor John Horne also said that the 20-minute extra time is not an absolute time that can be used as a reference for every woman.

It may be that women need less or more than that time because of the activity and the need to sleep every woman is different. Approximately thou who took an extra 20 minutes it was not? Adjust itself.
