6. Green Tea
The best way to cover mealtime is to drink a small cup of green tea. Besides being rich in antioxidants, ocha or matcha green tea-designation would protect the heart and other chronic diseases ward.
7. Fruit
The habit of eating a snack of fresh fruit instead of biscuits, cakes and muffins, exemplary. Decorating the form of fruits in lunches are often laid out nicely so that makes this dessert appealing. If you're concerned about pesticides, choose organic fruits.
